Can I take it with other supplements?

Many people take more than one. Timing is part of it, so check the directions on your label. Some formulas are best with food, and some are best earlier in the day (Rhodiola, for example, shouldn’t be taken before bedtime). If you take medication or other supplements, or you’re not sure how to fit it all together, check in with your health care practitioner. Who should talk to a practitioner first?

Always read the warnings on your label. Every formula has its own, and we recommend checking with a health care practitioner before use if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a health condition.

Do I need to refrigerate it?

No. Store it in a cool, dry place.

The culture goes to work on the plant first, breaking it down and waking it up before it ever reaches you. Yes. Our capsules are made from organic pullulan, a plant-based starch, and our formulas are vegan.
