Garlic, oregano, thyme, ginger and clove are five kitchen staples with a long place in traditional food and herbal practice. We ferment all five together in Symbio®, our living kefir-kombucha culture, in one vegan capsule.

Who is it for?
This is for anyone who wants a whole-food, herbal formula to keep on hand, with five traditional herbs fermented together in a living culture.
Delivery
We keep the capsule as simple as the formula: just organic pullulan starch and water. No fillers, binders or lubricants, only what the plants need to reach you.
WHY IT WORKS
We started with a question: what if a supplement began the way a meal does, with whole food? Our formulations start with carefully selected organic whole-food and botanical ingredients, fermented in the tradition of the world’s oldest food cultures.

The Ancient Art of Fermentation
Symbio®
We ferment our organic whole foods and herbs in a unique Kefir-Kombucha fermentation process we call Symbio®.
Why?
Because fermentation is one of the oldest ways to transform food. A living culture breaks whole foods and herbs down, making their nutrients easier for your body to access.
- Fermented Process to Enhance Bioavailability
- Whole-herb ingredients, activated through fermentation
