Return policy

At Living Alchemy, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We guarantee a 30 day free-return for all orders, except web sale items.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please email us  to initiate a return or refund.

Please state your order number and reason for return within 30 days of purchase.
We will ask you to ship back the unwanted products in order to receive the refunds.

Please note the following:

• The customer is required to pay for shipping the products back to the warehouse.
  
• Do not return items to us before receiving an email confirmation from us.

If the returned items consist of more than 2 open and/or used products, we will only refund up to $100.

Refunds will be issued after we receive your returned products. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to be processed. Please allow more time during the holiday season.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fee you paid (if applicable) to ship the product to you and return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges 

We will not accept exchanges.  You can return the unwanted item(s) and place another order.
