RECIPE: Vegan Raw Probiotic Blueberry Banana Ice Cream Cake

Description:

Probiotic blueberry banana ice cream cake with Living Alchemy Your Flora FAMILY. Raw, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.

Ingredients:

Layer 1 –Creamy Blueberry

  • 4 Your Flora FAMILY capsules (opened)
  • ½ can full-fat coconut milk (13.66 oz)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Layer 2 –Whipped Banana
2 overripe banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup for additional sweetness (optional)

Layer 3 – Refreshing Blueberry
4 Your Flora FAMILY capsules (opened)
½ cup coconut water
1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Layer 4 – Creamy Coconut
1/2 can full-fat coconut milk (13.66 oz)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup for additional sweetness (optional)

Preparations:

Use an approximate 9-inch length minimum 4 inch depth steal or silicone pan
Blend all ingredients from layer 1, then pour in pan, place in freeze for approximately one hour.

Check to ensure first layer is frozen, then blend all ingredients from layer 2 together, pour in pan, place in freeze for approximately one hour again.

Repeat for all other layers – blend, pour, freeze layer 3 and for layer 4
Ideally, let refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours before serving
When serving use a knife to cut the perimeter of the cake out of the pan, flip upside down on a serving palter, top with blueberries and bananas, then slice with a knife dipped in hot water for ease of cutting slices
