What is Kefir-Kombucha fermentation?
Our proprietary Symbio™ process utilizes the very best fermentation techniques. We use a combination of diverse strains of beneficial bacteria and yeasts from a kefir and kombucha living culture to ferment whole foods and herbs. This process activates nutrients, making them more bioavailable and easier for the body to digest.
Why do you ferment your products?
Fermentation allows the nutrients in whole foods and herbs to become activated, more bioavailable and easier for our bodies to digest. On top of providing good bacteria for the gut, fermentation unlock nutrients in whole foods and herbs, making them more potent than their original form. Fermentation turns superfoods into super superfoods!
Can I take different products at the same time?
Yes! All our products are made from whole foods and herbs, so you can take different products at the same time just like you would eat different foods together. Please consult a medical practitioner if you have concerns or are taking medications. See each product for contraindications.
How do I take your products?
Adults take 1-3 capsules daily or more as needed. With the exception of Your Flora PROFESSIONAL take 1-2 capsules daily. Take with or without food. Shelf stable. No refrigeration required. All our products are made from living, whole foods and herbs, which means that you can mix and match safely*. *Consult a healthcare practitioner before use.
Are they shelf stable?
All our products are shelf stable. No refrigeration required! You can store them in a cool and dry place.
What is the difference between unfermented and fermented soy?
Fermented soy, like miso, natto, and tempeh, is the best whole food delivery of probiotics with complete amino acids, phytonutrients, and antioxidants. It is proven to be healing to the digestive tract and beneficial around the world for human health.
Can I take your products if I am pregnant or breast-feeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting a health care practitioner before taking any of our products. All of our products are made from USDA certified organic whole foods.
Are your products safe for pets?
We have specifically created our products for human use only and we have only completed research based on humans. However, many of our customers have used our products for their pets. It has been recommended that you can give half a capsule to a pet 20lbs or less and a full capsule for over 20lbs. Please consult your vet before administering any of our products to ensure that the ingredients are safe for your furry friend. Many herbs and other ingredients have not been well researched and studied for animal use.
What is a Symbiotic?
Our Symbiotics are a mix of probiotics, prebiotics, enzymes, and nutrients. These Symbiotic blends promote a healthy environment in your gut so that good bacteria can thrive and heal digestive issues.
What are medicinal mushrooms?
Medicinal mushrooms are a certain type of fungi that are used mainly for medicinal purposes as opposed to culinary reasons. They offer a variety of health benefits. In our Herbal Synergy Series, we use Lion’s Mane, Shiitake, and Cordyceps, all of which have amazing benefits that can help you feel great!
What are Adaptogens?
Adaptogens are a particular type of herb that adjust to stressors in the body. These highly unique plants are able to adapt to whatever state your body is in to provide you with the support that you need. We have created a whole line of fermented, adaptogenic herbs in our Fermented Activated Herbals Series to help you adapt to various stressors that you may be experiencing.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the globe. Shipping fees are added at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9am-5pm PST. Orders placed will be processed within 1 day. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days to arrive (times vary depending on location, weather, holidays and any courier delays).
Where is my tracking information?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order with delivery details, including your tracking number. If you did not receive an order confirmation or tracking number, contact us directly to help you.
How do I return or exchange a product?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase on, we will be pleased to offer you a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that shipping and handling rates do apply, and there are no refunds or exchanges on expired products. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to approximately six weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.
What if my product was damaged during shipping?
If your product arrives damaged or tampered with during shipping, we will offer you a refund. Please provide us with photographic evidence of the damaged product and a full refund will apply. Shipping costs apply and the refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
