Why is black garlic slow-aged?

Garlic is powerful, but it’s a food that changes when you give it time. Like fermentation, slow aging transforms a whole food using nothing but time, warmth and humidity, with no additives and no shortcuts. Up to 90 days in a warm, humid room turns whole garlic bulbs from white to black. We age garlic this way for the same reason we ferment our herbs: it’s a head start from nature, and it creates a new kind of whole-food garlic.

Is it vegan?

Yes. Our capsules are made from organic pullulan, a plant-based starch, and our formulas are vegan.

How do I take it?
